How To Flash Stock ROM On Your Device
Step 1: To get started, download OnePlus One USB driver and install it on your computer. Once done, download OnePlus One stock ROM file and “A001_O2_Patch” file to your computer.
Step 2: Now extract A001_O2_Patch.zip file to a folder on your computer.
Step 3: Next, switch off your OnePlus One device and boot it into the Fastboot mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up and Power keys simultaneously.
Step 4: Once your device boots into the Fastboot mode, connect it to your computer using the original USB data cable.
Step 5: Now go to the folder where you extracted the patch file (Step 2) and click on “AllInOne.bat” to launch the Command Prompt window.
Step 6: Next, enter “1” in the command prompt window to verify whether your device is connected to the computer. If you see your device ID displaying after “fastboot” text, your device is successfully connected to the computer. If not, disconnect your device from the computer, reinstall the USB driver and retry from Step 4.
Step 7: Now unlock the bootloader of your device by entering “2” in the command window. During this process, your device will reboot automatically. So, don’t panic.
Step 8: Once you have unlocked the bootloader of your device, reboot it to normal mode by entering “5” in the command window.
Step 9: Next, transfer the downloaded stock ROM file (Step 1) to your device memory. Once done, disconnect your device from the computer, switch it off and again reboot it into the Fastboot mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up and Power keys simultaneously.
Step 10: Once your device boots into the Fastboot mode, connect it to your computer and enter “3” in the command window to flash “Oxygen recovery” and “appsboot” patch.
Step 11: Now, enter “4” in the command window to reboot your device into the recovery mode. Once your device boots into the recovery mode, select your desired language.
Step 12: Next, select “Wipe cache and data” option to completely delete cache files and data from your device.
Step 13: Now select “Install from local” option and choose the stock ROM zip file (which you have transferred to your device in Step 9). The installation process will begin immediately, and it will take a few minutes to get completed.
Step 14: Once the stock ROM flashing process is finished, click “Reboot” to restart your device.
That’s it. Now you have successfully flashed stock ROM on your OnePlus One Android device. If you encounter any issues while following this tutorial, do let me know via comments.

Hi, Thank you for your very easy to follow tutorial, everything else I found was so complicated and I was given this device already rooted, so am not tech savvy to the degree most posts were asking, if the links even worked. Anyway, I have followed all your steps and clicked on ‘Install from local’ which brought up a further menu which contained firmware update / metad (which I assume is linked to metadata} & radio. I chose firmware update as this seemed the most logical. Now my one plus one screen only shows the 1+ surrounded by a box and has been this way for more than several minutes. Is this normal? Can the flashing process take this long?
Thanks
