How To Flash Stock ROM On Your Device
Step 1: To get started, download Google Nexus 10 USB driver and install it on your computer. Once done, download Minimal ADB and Fastboot and install it on your computer. After installation, launch Minimal ADB and Fastboot window.
Step 2: Download the stock ROM for your device and extract it to a folder on your computer. Once extracted, you will get the following files (as shown in the screenshot below).
Step 3: Now enable Developer Options on your device by following this path: Settings -> About Phone -> Build Number (tap on it for 7 times). Once done, enable USB debugging or Android Debugging by following this path: Settings -> Developer Options -> USB Debugging.
Step 4: Next, connect your smartphone to the computer using the original USB data cable. Once done, go to Minimal ADB and Fastboot window and enter the following command to boot your device into the bootloader / fastboot mode:
adb reboot bootloader
Step 5: Now enter the following command to unlock the bootloader of your device:
fastboot oem unlock
Step 6: Once your device’s bootloader is unlocked, go to the folder where you have extracted the stock ROM file and click on “flash-all.bat” to launch the stock ROM flashing process.
Step 7: Once the flashing process is finished, unplug your device and reboot it.
That’s it. Now you have successfully flashed stock ROM on your Google Nexus 10 Android device. If you encounter any issues while following this tutorial, do let me know via comments.

The reason I wish to flash a new image is that the nexus 10 does not boot up. How then do I set it into developer mode enabling debugging etc as in step 3 ?

Hi, You Can try factory reset method follow this procedure.
1) Hold the “Volume Up” button and hold the “Power button”.
2) Next, Using the Volume Up or Volume Down Keys navigate the options to select “Wipe cache partition” and press the “Power button” to confirm.
3) Once Done, Using the Volume Keys select “Wipe Data/ factory reset” and use the power button to initiate the process. Now restart your android device, That’s it.

Thank you for your comment but I had already done as you suggested without any change. I think I need to reflash a new mantaray image ?
